The plate Ice Machine produces irregular ice plates with an ice thickness of 12 to 20 mm and an ice size of 30 mm * 40 mm to 60 mm * 100 mm. The thickness can be adjusted according to the ice making time. In 2004, the first large auto plate ice machine in China was invented from CBFI.
Compared to the flake ice, the plate ice is transparent, more difficult to melt and has a smaller surface. The plate ice is dry and powder-free, and has a longer cooling time.
