1. Working principle The screw ice maker is composed of a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, an ice cylinder, a screw, an ice knife, a refrigerator, an ice measuring lever, etc. The ice making cylinder is wrapped with an evaporating tube made of copper tube. The pipe is filled with refrigerant. The cylinder is equipped with a rotating ice screw. The outer wall of the ice making cylinder is processed into a spirally arranged concave surface. The concave surface has the same curvature as the outer wall of the copper tube, which can achieve obvious Refrigeration effect. In this way, the continuous operation will continue to make water into ice. Therefore, the screw evaporator completes a series of deicing, squeezing, lifting, forming and other actions while the ice is crystallizing, and the ice making process is continuous, thereby greatly improving the ice making efficiency. At the same time, the ice cubes produced are stored in the refrigerator at the top of the ice maker. The bottom of the refrigerator is a fine mesh panel, and the water melted by the ice cubes can seep through the mesh holes into the water return box. At the same time, there is a rotating movable rod in the refrigerator, which keeps moving when there are ice cubes in the refrigerator, which can effectively prevent the ice cubes from forming ice bridges or ice arches, and can be kept loose for a long time. Unlike traditional ice making machines, screw ice making machines need to be set for each ice making time, but are fully automatic and continuous. Therefore, the operation is easy, and there will be no irregular ice cubes. 2. Intelligent control system The system device is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer with fuzzy logic, as shown in Figure 6. The ice making process is completed by a set of control programs, with certain intelligent control functions. At the same time, the control of the electromechanical transmission system and the actuator is realized in the work. When the automatic cold drink machine starts to work, the refrigerator is empty, the ice measuring rod located on the top of the refrigerator feeds back the signal to the control system, and the control system transmits the signal to the water supply pump. When the ice storage bin is full, the ice measuring rod detects the signal, recognizes the completion of ice making, and feeds the signal back to the control system.
