Process temperature drop in simple terms is a kind of the program to control temperature, slowly gradually reduce preservation temperature, lest too fast reduction temperature, ice crystals prick cryopreserved samples ( Such as cells, embryo and cooling fast ice crystals to prick the cell wall) , so as to make the sample failure. Also known as programmed temperature drop, program temperature drop, embryo freezing, frozen testers, embryo, etc.
