In the cold storage installation, the balanced connection and insulation of the refrigerant piping are very important. Now let's know the cold room refrigerant pipeline.
1、 Refrigerant line is missing or lack of oil return bend
When the pipeline conveying refrigerant turns from lateral to upward, it must be made into a small bend that is downward and then upward, that is, a U-shaped bend. In this way, the pipeline can only be qualified if it travels upwards. The oil in the system can not be returned to the compressor well, and a large amount of oil is deposited in the cooler, which prevents the fan and the entire system from functioning properly, or even damages the fan and the unit equipment.
2、 Uneven connection of the refrigeration pipeline
When the pipeline of the unit is connected to a group of multiple compressors, in order to distribute the oil return to each compressor evenly, the main pipeline interface must be set at the middle position of the multiple heads, and then some branch pipes should be set to both sides Road, allowing the return oil to flow evenly into multiple compressor branch pipes.
Moreover, each branch pipe should be equipped with a valve in order to adjust the amount of oil returned. If this is not the case, multiple downward branches are drawn from different parts of the main pipeline in sequence to connect to multiple compressors, and there will be uneven oil return. The first oil return is always the most full, and the subsequent one is in turn. The oil return gradually decreases. In this way, it may cause the first compressor to run faulty, vibrate tremendously, the oil pressure is too high, and the unit is overheated, so that the compressor will crash / lock and other accidents will damage the equipment.
3、 The pipeline is not insulated
If there is no thermal insulation material, the cold pipeline will frost at the ambient temperature, which will affect the cooling effect, increase the load of the unit, and then make the unit run more intensively, reducing the service life of the unit.
