CBFI BBI30 3 Tons Per Day Block Ice Making Machine With PLC
3 ton block ice machine is suitable for a community ice business. The advantages are acceptable price, low power consumption and convenience.
Product Features
● Daily production: 3 ton per day.
● CE approved product
● Patented coil pipe evaporator is used to demolish the chance of breaking down.
● High power water agitator is used to replace the common water pump. The block ice machine is energy saving. Ice making power consumption had declined from 110kW·h to 74kW·h/ton.
● Agitator makes the brine flowing faster, so that shorten the ice frozen time and improve the refrigeration effect of the whole machine. And agitator is much harder to be broken than water pump.
● Ice making tank adopts 80mm thickness polyurethane insulation material. It has good effect in heat insulation.
● More easy typed installation, less space needed and convenient to move.

High Power Agitator
Agitator is used, the flow speed is faster than water pump. The cold exchange rate is much higher. The power is saved, so the money is saved.
Block Ice Customized
Block ice mold can be customized, standard ice weight 2.5kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg
Stainless Steel Ice Mold
304 or 316 stainless steel are optional. The ice mold has long lifespan.
Water Condenser
The machine is using top brand water condenser. The exchange rate is higher. Air condenser is also available for small capacity.
