Maintenance and maintenance of kitchen ice making equipment 1. Do not spray water to clean the ice making equipment. 2. Do not use any alcohol-containing liquid to clean or disinfect the ice-making equipment, otherwise the plastic parts of the machine may be damaged. 3. Before performing any cleaning or maintenance work on the kitchen ice making equipment, please be sure to cut off the power supply of the ice making equipment. 4. Do not remove the binding plate and heat dissipation window, only qualified maintenance personnel can remove them. 5. At least once a year, please trained maintenance personnel to inspect and clean the condenser. 1. Wipe the ice-making equipment housing with a clean soft cloth at least once a week, and wipe grease and dust with a damp cloth containing a neutral detergent. 2. Clean and disinfect the ice shovel and the door handle of the refrigerator every day a. Put a solution prepared at the ratio of 3L water and 11ml sodium hypochlorite with a concentration of 5.25% in a suitable container, or use the cleaning solution introduced by Jiujing Company. b. Soak the ice shovel in the solution for at least 3 minutes, rinse thoroughly with water, and shake off the excess water. c. Use a neutral detergent to clean the door handle of the refrigerator, and rinse thoroughly with water. d. After soaking the solution with a clean cloth, wipe the handle, rinse with water, and wipe dry with a clean cloth. 3. Clean and disinfect the inside of the refrigerator (weekly) a. Open the door of the refrigerator and take out all ice cubes. b. Use a neutral detergent that does not contain fine particles to clean the inner container of the refrigerator, and rinse thoroughly with water. c. Wipe the inside surface of the refrigerator door with a clean cloth soaked in a neutral detergent, and wipe the detergent with a clean cloth. d. Put a solution prepared at the ratio of 11ml sodium hypochlorite with a concentration of 5.25% per 3L of water in a suitable container, or use the cleaning solution introduced by Jiujing Company. e. After soaking the solution with a clean sponge or rag, wipe the inside of the refrigerator and the door of the refrigerator. f. After washing thoroughly with clean water, wipe the solution completely with a clean cloth, and close the refrigerator door. 4. Remove and clean the air filter of the plastic mesh at least twice a month. a. Remove the air filter. (Do not reach into the inside of the machine.) b. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the air filter. If the air filter is severely clogged, clean the filter with warm water and neutral detergent. c. After flushing thoroughly with water and drying the air filter, reinstall it to the correct position. 5. Regularly ask professional service personnel to clean the water system of the kitchen ice making equipment
