Use and installation of tube ice machine:

1. The location where the tube ice maker machine is installed. To be installed in no direct sunlight with good ventilation. The ambient temperature in winter should not be too low outside, because the water pipes of the machine installed outside are easy to freeze. The minimum ventilation distance of the condenser is at least 1 meter above the front and rear from the shelter, and at least 50 meters above the roof. It is better to have a larger ventilation distance, and keep the air flowing and not suffocate the wind. If you really can't find a suitable time, you can install a suction device of the right size to allow the fresh air to exchange heat.

2. The tube ice maker should be installed on a solid ground, and the machine should be installed horizontally without inclination. Otherwise, the machine will vibrate during operation, and if the angle is too large, the storage refrigerator will store water, which will affect the quality of the ice.

3. The ambient temperature of the tube ice machine is 5-38. The ambient temperature directly affects the ice production. This is why some customers often say that ice making is slow in summer. The water temperature of 3-30C also affects the ice production. Water temperature and ice production are inversely proportional. Water pressure 1-5BAR.

4. After the tube ice making machine is in place. First, check whether the appearance of the machine is damaged, whether there are foreign objects in the ice-falling channel, whether the fan blades rotate flexibly, and whether there are oil stains around the welding ports of the unit. 6. Turn on the water source, whether the water pressure is normal or not, and the water pressure is too low will cause the old alarm of the machine. If the water pressure in the customer's house is stopped or the water is stopped for a long time, it is recommended that the customer store the water tank and booster pump. The water level of the inlet tank should be about 10mm lower than the overflow. The water level can be adjusted by floating.

7. After the machine is powered on, do not immediately run in cooling. The crankcase heater should be able to press the oil to warm up, but some machines don't have it and it's not necessary.

8. The unit is running. Listen to the sound of the unit running. Depending on the freezing condition of the evaporator, there are some machines that need to add salt water. Generally, it is better to add more than 200 grams of salt to a 30KG barrel. The specific situation can be seen by yourself. Salt is added for ice quality and ice shedding. At the same time, check whether the water level of the water separator is normal. I have seen in some stores that the water pressure is too high, and water is scattered while making ice. When the time comes, you need to close the water valve in front of the water separator. It is very simple. Not much to say.

9. Observe the defrost condition of the compressor, and the air return valve of the compressor or the air return pipe of the compressor as a whole cannot freeze. To prevent liquid slugging, if there is not much fluorine, the defrost situation can be adjusted by adjusting the expansion valve.

10. After the unit runs normally. Test the protection function of the unit. Water shortage protection The float switch by hand is the water level float switch, you know. Connecting two lines is actually a water level sensor for him to press down. The machine should stop. The full ice shutdown function is to block the power-off switch with your hand. Generally, the unit should stop within three minutes. Now the machine is the first press to stop. The skates stopped after two minutes.
