How to use flake ice machine

Flake ice machine is a kind of ice machine, generally industrial ice machine. The ice produced is in the form of flakes. Flake ice can be made from fresh water or sea water. Flake ice is thin, dry and loose white ice with a thickness of 1 mm to 2.5 mm. The shape of the surface is irregular, and the diameter is about 12 to 45 mm. Flake ice has no sharp edges and corners and will not stab frozen objects. It can enter the gap between the objects to be cooled, reduce heat exchange, maintain the temperature of ice, and have a good moisturizing effect. Flake ice has excellent refrigeration effect and has the characteristics of large and rapid refrigeration, so it is mainly used in various large-scale refrigeration facilities, food quick freezing, concrete cooling, etc.

After receiving the flake ice machine, follow the manufacturer's instructions to use it. The specific steps are as follows.

1. The flake ice machine has been installed with water and electricity, and salt should be added after normal water and electricity. Add salt to a 25 kg salt water bucket, add 300 grams of salt to a flake ice machine of 1 ton and below; add 500 grams of salt to 1.5 tons to 3 tons, then fill the salt water bucket with water and stir well, and then pump the salt water into the liquid pipe. Into the brine bucket.
2. Press the start/stop button to start the flake ice machine.
3. Pull out the outlet pipe of the salt water pump from the water tank of the ice machine to remove the air in the pipeline: the specific method is to suck out the air from the outlet pipe of the salt water pump. Feel the salt water in the mouth, and then observe whether there is water dripping out of the salt water pump outlet pipe. If water drips out evenly, it is normal, and then insert the salt water pump outlet pipe into the water tank.
4. Observe the size of the ice flakes. If you find that the ice flakes produced by the flake ice machine are relatively broken, the inside of the ice machine is accompanied by the harsh sound of ice knife cutting ice. It means that the salt water is not added to the water tank, so repeat the operation according to step 3. If the ice flakes are relatively large, it means that salt water has been added and the flake ice machine is working normally.
