Flake ice making machine classification

Flake ice making machine classification

Flake ice is thin, dry and loose white ice with a thickness ranging from 1.0 mm to 2.5 mm. The shape of the slices is irregular, and the diameter is about 12 to 45 mm. Flake ice has no sharp edges and corners and will not stab frozen objects. It can enter the gap between the objects to be cooled, reduce heat exchange, maintain the temperature of ice, and have a good moisturizing effect. Flake ice has excellent refrigeration effect and has the characteristics of large and rapid refrigeration, so it is mainly used in various large-scale refrigeration facilities, food quick freezing, concrete cooling and so on.

Water source classification

Fresh water flake ice maker

Sea water marine flake ice machine

Fresh water film titles and instant use of fresh water as a water source to produce flake ice. The flake ice machines that take sea water as a water source are mostly used for navigation purposes. The marine flake ice maker machine is designed for marine ice-making operations. It adopts a semi-enclosed piston compressor with a deepened oil tank and a marine seawater condenser, which can not be affected by the rocking of the hull and is not corroded by seawater.

Containerized classification

The flake ice machine can be placed in a 20-foot or 40-foot container, which saves capital expenditures and is convenient to move and maintain.
