a. Most our customer will order one crane system to harvest the ice more conveniently, if the ice daily output is more than 3 ton.
b.machine is coming to use, customer only need to connect the power and water supply.
c. Usually, price including the block ice machine, cooling tower, cooling water pump, crane system is for optional.

Ice design: Ice weight can be customized, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, ……….100 kg.

Take some for example :
1 ton Block Ice machine
Block Ice Machine MB10 Ice design:
Daily capacity: 1,000 kg
Ice weight : 2.5 kg Ice mould size : 150*60*350 mm
If make 2.5 kg each ice, machine make 72pcs of 2.5 kg per shift, make 6 shift in a day,
it is 432pcs of 2.5 kg per day.
2.5kg x 72pcs x 6sfhit = 1,080kg.
Ice weight : 5 kg Ice mould size : 150*80*500 mm
If make 5 kg each ice, machine make 40pcs of 5 kg per shift, make 5 shift in a day, it is
200pcs of 5 kg per day.
5kg x 40pcs x 5shift = 1,000 kg.
5 ton Block Ice machine

Daily capacity: 5,000 kg
Ice weight: 10 kg Ice size : 100*200*600 mm
If make 10 kg each ice, machine make 126pcs of 10kg per shift, make 4 shift in a day, it is
504pcs of 10kg per day.
10kg x 126pcs x 4shift = 5,040 kg.
Ice weight: 20 kg Ice size : 100*300*850 mm
If make 20 kg each ice, machine make 88 pcs of 20 kg per shift, make 3 shift in a day, it is
1000pcs of 5 kg per day.
20 kg x 88 pcs x 3 sfhit = 5,280kg.

Note:
The above information is according to adopt water cooled condenser.
Size of machine is before installation.
It didn’t mention size of cooling tower, cooling tower usually install in the outside.
Machine running condition: water temperature: 23Centi degree, evaporate temperature:-20Centi degree, condensing temperature 40Centi degree, reference valve under 50Hz power supply. Real production of machine will have a little change according to change of water temperature and ambient temperature.

A: yes, the machine is full of refrigerant, once with water and electric it can work. yes, ice machine leaves factory with carefully examination after it was produced for 3 to 5 days. And when we install them at customer’s factory, we retest the ice machines.
2.Q:do you test the ice machine in your factory?
A: yes, ice machine leaves factory with carefully examination after it was produced for 3 to 5 days. And when we install them at customer’s factory, we retest the ice machines.
3.Q: can you load ice machine into container?
A: we have containerized ice block machine. Our export ice machine is designed based on the standard of container, it is easily to load. The 25kg ice of 10tons can load in container of 40 feet. for domestic ice machine of over 12 tons per day, we design based on the standard of truck, which can easily drive into your factory.
4.Q: all your ice machine is based on 380V 50HZ power requirement? Do you have the right power requirement for abord? Such as 440V 60HZ or 220V three phase that suitable for America?
A: our ice machine and power,voltage can suitable for your country, please make the power requirement be clear in your order.
