Product Features

● On the basis of previous generation, the new spec model improved the manufacturing process of ice molds. The surface of ice molds can resist the corrosion of 60% concentrated nitric acid, thus solving the problem of clear and difficult scaling. The machine can run stably for a long time.

● The ice outlet uses anti-vibration pipe codes, so that ice machine can effectively reduce the vibration of hot gas flow to the ice molds connecting pipe when deicing, and reduce the possibility of the refrigeration pipe rupture.

● Icesource special ice-making evaporator has passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification, passed the US HCCP certification, and used alloy solder with 42% silver content. It is welded once by high-temperature oven. There is no cold welding and no soldering. Every ice maker in the spring does not have a weld bead and there is no broken weld. The thickness of the copper plate and the copper grid is 1.2mm, which ensures sufficient strength to resist the expansion force generated during the ice forming process. The surface treatment is carried out by electroplating nickel-niobium alloy to ensure that the whole ice maker is clean and hygienic.
