CBFI CV20000 20 Tons Per Day Ice Cube Maker Plant
Guangzhou Icesource Refrigeration(CBFI) is the creator of large-scale edible ice cube machine. It has a core invention patent (patent number: 200710030591.7). It uses self-developed flat-wall liquid film heat exchange and circulating hot air ice extraction technologies to change the defects that small ice cube machines have, which are low production capacity, high power consumption, uneven ice thickness, and unstable ice removal.
CBFI 20 tons 24 hrs cube ice machine CV20000 is the largest ice cube machine we provide. The machine is the 7th generation, which is changing to two row evaporators. The length is much shorter than the previous generation, and the land occupation is decreased, the refrigeration efficiency is increased.
● Sanitation & Safety: Fully adopted SUS304 stainless steel to build this machine; special water flow design, automatic cleaning, sanitary, safe, and fulfills the demand of QS test standard.
● Low energy consumption: 85~90 kWh/ton in summer, 70~85 kWh/ton if the ambient temperature is lower than 23℃.
● Large capacity: Single machine’s daily capacity can be 1 ton to 20 tons and production is stable, in hot summer we can still reach 90~95% of the rated capacity. If the ambient temperature is lower than 20℃, it can reach 100~130%.
● Stable performance: Ice is crystal clear and hard, well-shaped and beautiful, can be stored for a long time.

1、 Can the ice bin of the ice cube machine be made larger?
It can be bigger, but not infinite. Please ask our technical department to calculate the size as the standard;
2、 Can the ice bin of the ice cube machine be insulated?
The ice bin of the cube ice machine is all insulated, and there is a 20mm thick insulation material on the outside of the ice bin.
It is recommended that the ice bin with an output of less than 5 tons of ice cube machines does not exceed 8 hours of storage. It is recommended that the storage capacity of more than 5 tons should not exceed 4 hours.
3、 Whats the deliver time of your ice cube machine?
1~5ton, 30 days since the deposit arrived at our account, 5~20 ton, 45 days. (based on the electricity 380V/50Hz/3p, some special design lead time will be longer )
4、 Whats the payment method you accept ?
Pay via Alibaba, T/T, LC, In Cash, Western Union, Money Gram. 30% deposit, balance should by paid before shipping.
5、How long the warranty for machine I buy ?
12 months since the deliver date.
6、 how to install the cube ice making plant ?
a. manual book and video will be provided to guide you how to install the machine, and also our service online
b. technician can be sent to customer’s site too, while the round ticket, visa, accommodation is at customer cost, Installation fee 100 USD/day/person. Local labors are necessary to support our technician’s work
