Cold room of the catering units are divided into normal temperature storage, refrigerated storage and frozen storage.
Preservation Cold Room: Some fruits and vegetables are not easy to buy everyday because of supply channels and other issues. So a preservation cold room is needed. Cold room preservation can guarantee fruits and vegetables keep fresh at least 3 days. For high quality demands, the adjustment of humidity, 02 and C02 concentration will be equipped to ensure freshness and nice appearance.Freezer Room: Meat, especially the imported meat which is frozen when transport. To ensure the quality, a low-temperature freezer is needed. For small amounts storage, the temperature is OK for three days to a week. It not only meets the requirements, but also saves the cost.
