This case study highlights CBFI's successful implementation of a 40-ton brine block ice machine for a client in Fujian, China. Featuring a gantry crane for easy ice block demolding and an automatic water injection system, the setup significantly boosts production efficiency. CBFI's technicians provided on-site training and maintenance support to ensure optimal operation. The machine, with its patented coil pipe evaporator and high-efficiency water agitator, is designed for various applications, including seafood preservation and cooling, underscoring CBFI's dedication to innovative ice production solutions.
The block ice plant produces 60 tons of ice per day. Stainless steel is used to ensure better quality and appearance with its anti-corrosion performance. The ice pushing device greatly shortens the ice collecting time.
It is a 100 ton 24 hrs block ice plant in Malaysia and the first large Freon block ice plant in the country. The equipment includes block ice making pool, refrigeration unit, evaporator, condenser, crane system and ice storage.
