Block Ice Making System

There are two block ice making pool, each is able to make 50 tons of ice. The whole system is using only one set of refrigeration unit. For a long lifespan, many of the material used is stainless steel.

Crane System & Ice Pushing System

The crane system is used for ice harvesting. Only one operator is needed to control the crane. AND a special designed ice pushing system is used. The function of the ice pushing system is to push the far end row of ice molds to the near side of the ice making pool. So the crane only need to move for a very short distance while working. The efficiency is highly increased.

Customers have vast plantations that require large amounts of ice during product processing, transportation, and storage. In addition, customers want to use part of the ice for sale. And he already has Ammonia refrigeration ice making plant.

Our large Freon refrigeration ice making system helps our customer to get the big amount of ice he wants. And comparing to Ammonia refrigeration system, because Ammonia is flammable and explosive, the risk of accident of Freon refrigeration system is much lower than Ammonia refrigeration system. Furthermore, Freon system only needs one or two operators, but Ammonia system needs professional engineers to guard the whole system to avoid any accidents.

Block ice is generally used in industrial cooling, long-distance fishing, vegetable distribution and preservation, seafood preservation and other areas. In this project, block ice is used for vegetable distribution and preservation.
